Citrusy aroma, bright acidity, medium to full body. Wine, berry flavor tones are predominate with a surprising hint of leather. After the outer layers of skin and fruity pulp are removed, the beans soak for up to 72 hours in fermentation tanks.

Named for the famous arched entry to Perugia. Arco Etrusco is the darkest of our blends. Roasted specifically for drip coffee drinkers, bold and rich with a smooth, non-bitter finish.
